Abstract

Managers within the company must indirectly propose to their subordinates who may be less capable of
performing their duties rather than bluntly pointing out their work performance so that they could accept their
lack of performance capability through work and organizational life, while offering help for them to enhance
their performance through training in and outside of company. It will also be necessary to actively provide
time and support for the cost of watching movies in group and game leagues, etc., within the department.
Furthermore, it will be necessary to make facility investments to ensure that they could watch movies, play
games, listen to music, and exercise during their break time by providing in-house resting areas.
